Move Well

After all, I repeat, to move is the provenance of all living human beings.

Twyla Tharp

How are you moving these days? What gets you up and moving? What keeps you from moving? How would you like to move?

Movement is so much more than exercise. It’s how we explore our world and, how we connect with the people and things that are important to us. It’s how we express ourselves and, how we take action. Movement keeps us from being just an observer of life and gets us engaged.

Moving can mean going for a run or taking a yoga class. But, it can also mean dancing with friends, taking a walk by yourself or working in the garden. For some it’s a round of golf and for others it’s fly-fishing or a swim. The great thing is, the more we move in the ways we ENJOY, the easier it is and the better we feel.

  • Maybe an injury or illness has kept you from moving.
  • Maybe movement has become painful.
  • Maybe a busy life has kept you from moving the way you want or in the ways you enjoy.
  • Maybe you want to explore new ways of moving or take what you already enjoy to a new level.

I help people create a movement practice that fits their goals and their life. If this sounds like you and you would like to know more contact me and we’ll take the next step.
